Además, los que son de Cristo Jesús han crucificado la carne con sus pasiones y sus apetencias. Si vivimos por el Espíritu, sigamos también al Espíritu. No seamos vanidosos, provocándonos los unos a los otros y envidiándonos mutuamente. Hermanos, si alguno es sorprendido en alguna falta, ustedes, los espirituales, corríjanle con espíritu de mansedumbre. ¡Pero cuidado, que también tú puedes ser tentado! En aquel tiempo, estando Jesús en una ciudad, se presentó un hombre cubierto de lepra que, al ver a Jesús, se echó rostro en tierra y le rogó diciendo: «Señor, si quieres, puedes limpiarme.» Él extendió la mano, le tocó y dijo: «Quiero, queda limpio.» Y al instante le desapareció la lepra. Le ordenó que no se lo dijera a nadie. Y añadió: «Vete, preséntate al sacerdote y haz la ofrenda por tu purificación como prescribió Moisés, para que les sirva de testimonio.» Su fama se extendía cada vez más y una numerosa multitud afluía para oírle y ser curados de sus enfermedades. Pero él se retiraba a los lugares solitarios, donde oraba. [BJ-SAOGM]

It is truly right to bless you, Theotokos, ever blessed, most pure, and Mother of our God. More honorable than the Cherubim, and beyond compare more glorious than the Seraphim, without corruption you gave birth to God the Logos. We magnify you, the true Theotokos.
