En cuanto a mí, ¡Dios me libre de presumir si no es en la cruz de nuestro Señor Jesús Cristo, por la cual el mundo es para mí un crucificado y yo un crucificado para el mundo! Brethren, see with what large letters I am writing to you with my own hand. Dijo el Señor: «Nadie ha subido al cielo, sino el que bajó del cielo: el Hijo del hombre. Y, del mismo modo que Moisés elevó la serpiente en el desierto, así tiene que ser elevado el Hijo del hombre, para que todo el que crea tenga en él la vida eterna. Porque tanto amó Dios al mundo que entregó a su Hijo unigénito, para que todo el que crea en él no perezca, sino que tenga vida eterna.
